Caring for Your Kittens
Thanks so much for fostering orphaned kittens! Here are a few of the most important things you’ll need to know about caring for your kittens.
If you have any questions at all, please contact the foster department directly. Other KHS phone numbers, emails, or departments are unable to help with any foster concerns.

Feeding
Kittens are designed to eat small amounts of food frequently. They should be fed wet food every 2 - 6 hours depending on their age and should have dry food available at all times. The guidelines below can help you determine just how frequently your kittens should eat. Most kittens should be allowed to eat until full.
